The question is, what the heck is the ultimate objective? That keeps on changing. So, apparently, does the course. On the one hand, it's a relief to see that the Bush administration IS capable of changing tactics in Iraq, but on the other hand, it's really annoying to see them denying that they ever said or did what they've obviously said and done. It's stupid of them. Of George W., in particular.
